Why use a Celebrant?

Celebrants are trained in all aspects of delivering very personal and unique, bespoke ceremonies, tailored exactly to your needs. As the adage goes, we are there to hatch, match and dispatch….and so much more.

Baby Naming:

You may not wish to have your child to be Christened or Baptised, but you do wish to mark the giving of their name. We can help with designing a naming ceremony that involves as much or as little as you want; other family members, wish boxes, laying down of wine, candle lighting and any other element you wish.

Weddings:

Unlike registrars, we are not tied by any legal restrictions meaning that you have the freedom to have exactly the ceremony you want, one that captures your personality and reflects your own personal style, your beliefs and your wishes.

Your wedding ceremony can take place exactly where you wish it to be held, at a time that suits you best and its content is entirely down to you. Cultural and religious beliefs can be acknowledged, it can contain elements such as hand fasting, jumping the broom or the lighting of unity candles.

Funerals:

A funeral can be conducted to reflect the life and loves of the one who has died, in a way that helps their family and friends celebrate all that they have shared with them and remember them in a way that will stay with them.
